Amman, Jordan – April 17, 2016 – Under the umbrella of Eagle Hills, the Abu Dhabi-based private real estate investment and development company, Eagle Hills Jordan showcased its projects at the Tenth Annual Cityscape Abu Dhabi from April 12 to April 14 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre. This three-day event is the leading real estate exhibition in the United Arab Emirates and saw the participation of around 100 international companies this year.
At the exhibition, Eagle Hills Jordan showcased three of its developments, including Marsa Zayed’s Al Raha Village, Saraya Aqaba, and The St. Regis Amman and The Residences at The St. Regis Amman. With the aim of attracting future residents and professional investors, Eagle Hills Jordan allowed Cityscape visitors to see the immense progress that it has made on its developments, displaying models of its Aqaba projects at the Eagle Hills stand.
Eagle Hills Jordan CEO Alaa Batayneh expressed his high hopes and expectations for the event saying, “We anticipate that the participation of Eagle Hills Jordan in Cityscape Abu Dhabi for the second year in a row will attract exceedingly positive attention to all of our projects. With the rapid progress that has been made in the past year, we expect that this event will give us additional exposure in both the local and international markets that will propel Eagle Hills Jordan into exponentially growing success.”
Highlighting the rapid progress that Eagle Hills Jordan has made since last year, Batayneh went on to say that Cityscape Abu Dhabi is a catalyst through which the company’s Aqaba and Amman projects will penetrate the regional market and grow into developments that are recognized around the world.
Recently, both Al Raha Village, the first private residential community within Marsa Zayed, and Saraya Aqaba, the all-inclusive, luxury leisure destination, officially opened their on-site sales centres, allowing visitors and potential homebuyers to experience the projects first-hand. In October 2015, Saraya Aqaba partially filled its central lagoon and recently opened for sale a selection of its premiere residences, large steps toward the expected 2017 completion of its first phase. Al Raha Village, aiming to be peaceful, family-friendly community, continues to see further progress as it contributes to Marsa Zayed, which is slated to reinvigorate the idyllic port city of Aqaba.
